Being A Better Person Sucks… (MLM Leadership Training)

….but is the secret to success!
I have a confession. I am plagued by laziness, procrastination and doubt. And, I have a hard truth to tell, these are not traits of successful Network Marketers. But, this is actually a great thing. Network Marketing, not to get cheesy, is a self-development secret. A desire to be successful and the actions needed, force us to develop entrepreneurial savvy and business management skills, that quit frankly, once learned, can create success in any endeavor.
Sometimes it’s hard to be a leader. When the going gets tough, we have to be the ones to last , to stay and solve the problem.
The relation between good leadership skills and successful Network Marketers is undeniable. But we find that true spirit of success where we treat our MLM Business as if it was our child. We give it our all. We do the unimaginable and heroic feats of endurance for our children. Work a 12 hour shift then one child has soccer another ballet, and then later, one runs a fever and is up all night sick. We stumble to work the next day because rent has to be paid. We do it because we must, but we do it willingly because we love.
I heard this best described by the saying “success is not for the average, but for the exceptional”
So…If you are thinking that there is more in life and that you have greatness and what it takes to be successful, then your next step is RIGHT HERE!
To your success,
Terry Tiessen

This is very true. We must be very tough in order to last. I met several people where in their enthusiasm is just pouring out for the 1st phase but later on as time goes by they lost it. Maybe because they are not tough enough to handle challenges and trials. In order to become successful we have to be very optimistic and overcome trials in life.

I totally agree that being successful is not for the ordinary people but for those who have the exceptional talent. Right decisions and the right timing are the keys for a successful career.

Success is indeed not for the ordinary. The first thing we have to conquer is our minds. If one is observant, he will see the the mind tends to resists the uncomfortable.
With any goals we want to achieve, challenges are inevitable. We have to stop our mind from resisting and use it as a tool to achieve our goals.

True.. “Success really is not for the average, but for the exceptional”.. You just have to be the very best of the best in order to succeed. A lot of people think that with manpower alone can lead you to your dreams but actually it’s not. It requires many strategies and techniques in order for you to triumph. Thanks for the share! Just had a wonderful time checking on it. Truly Inspirational!
